  1. I can’t add emails to the Share Only with Collaborators. After adding the email, it says Invitation failed. I’ve been trying all day, and with different emails and….zero!.
    Anyone can help me?

    1. Hi Luís! To solve this issue, please provide the email addresses that you cannot add to our support team (contact@asuswebstorage.com) by your account’s register email. Thank you so much!

  2. The problem that Luis reported is still not solved. No matter what address (gmail, hotmail, private domain) I try to add it does not work but If I put a randow word, it works ?!
Then If I try to do a public share, the people told me that they are asked to login… That does not make sense right???

Very unclear how this sharing function is supposed to work. At the moment it does not work at all and I have contacted the support service which told me to wait for at least 6 working days to get a reply… Not very happy

    This is really terrible

    1. Hi A.L. ! Thank you for your comment! If you share a public share link with your friends, they do not need an ASUS Cloud ID or be asked to log in. I have checked that this function is running normally now. I suggest that you could contact our customer service team: contact@asuswebstorage.com for further assists.

    2. Hello A.L.

About my problem, it was solved. Now i can share with only collaborators, but the public sharing was never a problem in my case.
They had to ajust my account because the servers weren’t in the same geographic area (The service area means the location of the server).
Either way, contact the costumer service team like Eliot said…It took several days to get a response but they solved it and that’s the important thing.

      Hope you get it solved!

    1. Hi Navid. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please kindly provide your email address so I could escalate your case to our customer service team. Thank you so much!

  3. Well, now I also have a problem with login to my webstorage. I get logout automatically after 5sec and I got a reply telling me that it was normal. It’s been going on for over 2 weeks… How am I suppose to work when my webstorage is not working??

    1. Hi there. The Windows APP is in the maintenance period, our engineers are still working on it.
Please leave your ASUS Cloud ID of your registered email address or contact our customer service team. Thank you!
